REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate large group fitness classes
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to provide genuine interactions and engagement with clients
- Ensure classes are filled
- Teach Gotham Gym branded classes
- Arrive prior to class start time to allow time to greet all clients and help acclimate new participants
- Start and end class on time
- Provide instructions both verbally and visually
- Choose appropriate music with high energy and regularly updated and modified playlists
- Actively participate in training sessions, designated meetings and special events
