Job Description
Goodall Pools and Spas is currently seeking an experienced pool builder/installer to join the Construction Team in an elevated leadership role. An individual specifically experienced in the installation of vinyl-liner pools would be the best fit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of vinyl-liner pool installation, including measuring for liner and winter cover correct fit. Pay range for this position is $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, with additional benefits available.
The successful candidate will be a dedicated team player with the ability to manage others in an outdoor, residential construction environment. This person will be able to direct their co-workers in successful achievement of their construction goals, while also interacting politely and respectfully with the client. This person will be well-organized, reliable, safe, pragmatic, and self-motivated.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License
• Experience and Proficiency building Vinyl-Liner in-ground pools
• Experience and Proficiency measuring liners and winter covers
• Demonstrated Leadership Skills
• Fluent English Speaker
