H&S Bakery is Hiring a Frozen Administrative Coordinator Near Sykesville, MD
Description Routine tasks include:
Working with key account managers as part of a cross functional team
Entering bakery orders for production and reviewing freezer inventory
Scheduling inbound bakery deliveries and outbound distributor orders through third party freezer
Billing from prior week
Communication both internally with bakeries and sales team and externally with our network of network of brokers, distributors, and end user customers.
Periodically running various reports for Director of National Sales and Account Managers
Updating customer databases for key accounts
Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills and professionalism both verbally and over email
Show effort and initiative to perform tasks autonomously while also being able to receive direction
Adhere to company policy and procedure when submitting approvals and requests
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred (Word|Outlook|Powerpoint|Excel)
Flexibility to travel in a vehicle from time to time for occasional meetings at company facilities. Qualifications:
College degree preferred
Strong communication and written skills
Strong organization skills and ability to multitask within a fast-moving team
Driving will be required must possess valid driver's license
Physical Demands: The duties of a Frozen Administrative Coordinator is sedentary sitting most of the time. Every now and then ability to exert up to 30 lbs. when handling cases of product. Instances where this is needed would be preparing and arranging for samples to be delivered to customers in either cases or trays. It may involve some walking, standing, bending, or carrying of light items.
