We are currently seeking 2 additional very dependable and hard working individuals to help us perform projects with various tasks such as:

-parking lot cleaning
-parking lot layout
-pressure washing
-sealcoating
-parking lot striping and pavement markings
-parking lot signage

This is a 32-50 hour per week opportunity for the right candidate. You must be able to work independently and with little supervision and be able to follow instructions. Some jobs will be outdoors and some will be indoors. You must be comfortable in either environment.

Dependability is a must for this position. Frequent call ins and no shows are not acceptable. If you are not readily available Mon-Fri 9am-6pm then this is probably not a position you should pursue. Some weekends and late evenings will be necessary from time to time. It is common to work 2-3 days a month late to around 9-10pm. We do work some weekends so you should expect to work at least 1-2 weekends a month. Additional days off are provided when weekends are being worked so you can still have 1-2 days off each week for personal time.

You must have your own dependable transportation to and from work/job site to be considered for the position. Drop offs and pick ups by your ride are not compatible with our business needs. You will also need a working cellphone to communicate during the day.

Candidates must be familiar with tape measures, product assembly, carrying up to 100lbs from time to time, working outdoors in the sun, working on ladders or scissor lifts, bending over frequently, walking for extended periods and other outdoor conditions.

Due to the nature of our business, smoking/tobacco use is not permitted anywhere on job sites or on company property/in vehicles at any time. This is a no smoking position. Many of our job sites prohibit tobacco of any kind.

Each day is usually a different job and different location so being organized and flexible is paramount. 95% of the work is in the Houston area.

A drug test will be required and is performed randomly at any time- if hired. Our vendors also require background checks. Felonies will disqualify applicants as our vendors do not allow us to hire.

If you have read this far and are interested then you should be comfortable with a pay range starting at $15/ hour based on your experience and skill set plus bonus of $50-500 monthly based on completed work.
