Our organization is seeking an experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to issues reported in our facilities and will coordinate with the maintenance supervisor regarding repairs. This is a long-term position that will allow the successful candidate to gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the hotel grounds, including sidewalks and parking lots.
• Repair and replace equipment.
• Repair and replace equipment.
• Repair and replace equipment.
• Maintain a safe work site.
• Ensure the safety of employees, guests, and visitors.
• Perform a variety of physical tasks.
• Install and remove equipment, including elevators and boilers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
