Job Overview:

As a CRM Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining various features and workflows within client CRMs. You will collaborate with different teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing system performance, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Facing: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and plan configuration changes. Work to research and identify operational issue root causes.
• System Design: Design and architect solutions that align with business objectives. Develop detailed system specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Implementation and Deployment: Coordinate the implementation of system changes and updates. Ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Configuration Management: Configure and customize software features to meet business needs. Develop system configuration best practices, including version control and change management.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of system configurations. Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• System Analysis: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive internal documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on system configurations and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, OR
• Proven experience as a Systems Configuration Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
