What you’ll do…
Enchanted Rock is currently developing the most cutting-edge Microgrid Management System, leveraging its extensive fleet of distributed energy resources. As the sole company with such a vast array under management, we're committed to delivering top-tier Microgrid-centered products and services. The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of these high-quality offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical acumen in power generation and operations, coupled with significant experience in product management. Additionally, they should excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our objectives.
You’ll make an impact by:
  • Work with, engineers, sales, field operations and other stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch to ongoing maintenance and finally EOL.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling product strategy aligned with the company's goals and market trends.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, incorporating business, technical, and market considerations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather and prioritize product requirements, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives to inform product decisions
  • Ensure that products meet the needs of customers and business goals in terms of performance, financial, and ongoing operations.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, technical specifications, and maintenance procedures.
  • Stay up to date on technical trends and best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on the technical aspects of product development.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if you:
  • Have a Bachelors degree in engineering, technology, or a related field. Masters is a plus.
  • Actively maintain a view of the microgrid landscape, emerging energy technologies and future customer needs.
