F-L Management is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Louisville, KY

Previous hotel experience is helpful but not required -- as long as you're the right person, we'll teach you everything you need to know to exceed standards for work quality and guest happiness. To be successful, you will be a reliable, enthusiastic multitasker who can work independently as well as get along with your team and help out where needed. You will demonstrate and promote 100% dedication to providing the best possible experience for our guests and employees through excellent guest service and effective communication skills. For outstanding employees, there is room for career growth & promotion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer telephones to respond to guest questions and take reservations; enter reservations submitted online
  • Perform guest check ins, check outs, and room assignments
  • Provide customer service at the highest level
  • Handle upset guests with tact and kindness. Attempt to resolve all instances of poor guest service before guests leave the property
  • Multitask and prioritize to adjust to changing circumstances and complete multiple assignments despite interruption

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Computer proficiency; ability to operate basic office equipment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to provide stellar customer service and handle upset guests professionally and with compassion
  • Available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays; the hotel is open 24/7/365. Audit shift runs 11pm to 7am.
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English
