Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calling to potential customers to introduce our software products and services
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to promote products and generate interest
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our software
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
Experience:
- Proven experience in technical sales or business development
- Strong knowledge of software products or related industry
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
