Our services include home care from licensed and certified professionals such as Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, Medical Social Workers, and Home Health Aides. Additionally, we offer personal care services to qualifying individuals. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Therapy Supervisor at EL MIRADOR HOME HEALTH AGENCY in Albuquerque, NM. The Home Health Therapy Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our therapy department, including supervising and providing guidance to a team of therapists. They will coordinate clinical services, develop and implement treatment plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance. The Home Health Therapist Supervisor will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our patients.

Qualifications

• Current license or certification as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Demonstrated expertise in home healthcare therapy services
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus
