Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of single-family residential properties.
• Identify, document, and report any issues or defects.
• Generate detailed inspection reports and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the timely completion of repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local housing regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and actions taken.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property inspection or related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of writing detailed reports.
• In-depth knowledge of housing regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Skills for performing basic maintenance tasks (e.g., changing locks) are a plus.
