Job Summary:

As a Technology Product Specialist focused on Modeling & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advanced modeling capabilities, integrating statistical, geospatial, and operational data with predictive, prescriptive, and cognitive analytics. This position requires both a deep technical understanding and a passion for product/system design, ensuring the seamless integration of sophisticated modeling techniques into user-centric product features. You will serve as the tech specialist, transforming intricate tech concepts into digestible and innovative product features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement logical and physical data models while optimizing data structures and flow within an ontologically defined system.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to capture domain requirements and translate them into modeling needs.
• Develop and optimize codes and scripts for interfacing with data models and databases.
• Maintain a sharp focus on detail, ensuring the precision of product requirement documentation.
• Communicate technical ideas effectively to both tech-savvy and non-technical audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in data science, statistical/machine learning, and advanced analytics.
• Proven expertise in developing predictive and prescriptive models on large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python/SQL and familiar with data modeling tools.
• Strong grasp of various database management systems, including relational, NoSQL, and columnar databases.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and ELT processes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, such as data scientists, product managers, and software developers.
