POSITION DETAILS

You will be responsible to:

• Develop great relationships with our existing customer base by consistenly meeting with them to ensure their satisfaction.
• Upsell our customer on additional products or services to enhance the health and safety of their businesses.
• Solving customer issues and saving accounts.

Compensation includes a base salary of $55k base plus commissions on upsells to existing customers. On target earnings: $60k to $70k first year, $70k to 80k second year 85k third year.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build strong relationships with the current customer base.
• Perform weekly service quality reviews with the customer base and educate them about our other product/service offerings.
• Be an active participant in the sales team and exemplify our Core Values.
• Engage with the management team to clearly communicate customer needs.
• Maintain accurate reporting information.
• Successfully complete the Enviro-Master Client Success Manager onboard training.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 2 years of successful account management experience.
• Experience in selling food or supplies, facility supplies, or routed services is a plus (linens, chemicals, uniforms, safety equipment and supplies, food products).
• Must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual skills (verbal and written) are a plus.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
