Responsibilities:
Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments
Bake and Decorate cookies with toppings
Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift: Windows, tables, surfaces, dishes, etc
Operating cooking equipment safely and efficiently according to guidelines
Providing excellent customer service
Quality assurance and food safety protocols
Address customer complaints
Qualifications:
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must obtain a food handlers permit (we will pay for it if you dont have it)
No previous baking experience is needed but is always a plus
Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
