Diaz Foods is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk (Part Time) Near Atlanta, GA
- Main job is to do posting the daily routes, processing credit memos, and pick up request.
- Verify that all posting matches what the clerk wrote on manifest.
- Process all gl posting, Ar payments, credit card, and NSF checks.
- Arrange all the invoices after being posted by each clerk, and put away in the back basket.
- Place all payments posted on each book assigned.
- Process price adjustments, Rebates, or match any payments requested by Managers.
- Back up
- Process and verify daily deposits from routes (all accounts); accountability for cash
- Examine account invoices to ensure proper and full payment
- Ensure processing morning AR, as well as any checks.
- Process all GL deposits, as well as any deposits from Tortillas de Casa, Diaz Produce, and coffee money.
- Responsible for scanning all invoices and credit memos done on the routes by the clerk at the end of the day, or any additional scanning requested by Manager.
- Promote and assist other AR Clerks in the completion of routes left in safe, as well as any other assigned duties by the manager. Promote communication and provide adequate flow of information to Management. Missing cash, Missing check, Missing signature, Driver short on load, Driver errors, and CEO report.
- Maintain appropriate communications with other areas including Customer Service, Distribution, Sales and Human Resources on any issues found on invoices, as well as pick up window.
- Perform other related duties or special assignments as requested by Manager, Chief Financial Officer or Chief Executive Officer.

- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
