Our General Managers take ownership in their stores as that vestment directly contributes to their success. Managers are typically expected to work 40-45 hours per week which is why we have taken the hourly approach so that if you have to work overtime you are compensated for it. Rates normally range from $14 - $20 based off experience. Time in position and performance allows you to reach higher salary. Here are some of their responsibilities and goals.
