Main Responsibility/Duties Include: Answer direct phone calls in a timely manner and route them to appropriate associate/department
Greet customers/vendors in a friendly manner
Answer voice mail daily
Prior experience in the Marine industry preferred
Deliver first class customer service. Client is number One.
Promptly respond to emails and follow up clients inquiries
Run office errands as needed.
Order office supplies.
Retrieve, open, and distribute mail.
Receive and scan received parts to QuickBooks
Log all incoming and outgoing shipments
Assist Parts Department with packing outgoing shipments
Reconcile log sheet with controller
Other projects as assigned
***Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs***
Required Skills:
- Prior experience working in the marine industry is helpful
- Some college preferred
- Intermediate to advanced experience working with QuickBooks (not negotiable)
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- Able to work in a fast paced, service-oriented environment
- Multi tasker whos able to deal with time sensitive situations
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Quickbooks a must
