A nationally-recognized, award-winning team in one of the fastest-growing industries in the nation is searching to fill a full-time student seasonal maintenance position on our team.

Maintenance Duties:

· Pool maintenance

· Clean exterior buildings and breezeways

· Pressure washing

· Trash collection

· Pick up litter on grounds/empty pet receptacles

· Other duties as assigned at 2 Manhattan, KS apartment communities

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Regular attendance (punctual and dependable required)

· Ability to perform light maintenance tasks.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current car insurance
• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions

· Ability to lift 50 lbs.

· Positive, team oriented attitude with high level of customer service

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday (work schedules may vary).
