Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Department: Facilities Department
Reports To: Director of Facilities/CFO
FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt
Salary Range: $40,000 to $45,000
Summary:
Assists, coordinates, and directs the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages Maintenance, and Grounds keeping teams. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and managing work assignments; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and adhere to reasonable deadlines as needed to complete projects.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED. Knowledge of building maintenance, machinery, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
