Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve complex issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding matters
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid and current CA Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Experience in insurance sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is beneficial
- Proficiency in sales administration and benefits administration is a plus
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
