We mentor and train our teams to be the highest performing individuals in our industry. The Seasonal Installation Apprentice will be part of a dynamic residential retrofit team. Duties will include but not be limited to the following;

Job Duties:

Assist lead installer in all HVAC system installations

Establish customer rapport to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction

Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked installation van

Maintain job related paperwork

Qualifications

Prerequisites

18 years of age

Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug and background screening

High School Diploma or GED

Job Skills / Requirements:

Trust - Our teams are built on trust. Honesty and integrity are paramount.

Communication - Installers must be able to communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.

Safety - Installation technicians are exposed to safety hazards throughout the day and will respect those conditions by wearing appropriate provided PPE.

Mechanical Aptitude - Installation technicians should have good mechanical fundamentals and be comfortable working with machines and electrical components.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts and work in tight conditions such as attics and crawl spaces at times.

Work Ethic - Technicians will be expected to work efficiently while onsite. There will be times where you will have minimal supervision and we expect you to make good use of your time.

Respect - You will be working in customers homes and will be required to respect them and their property.
