A top performing motorcycle dealer is seeking an Internet Sales, Business Development Rep. to work on-site to answer inbound calls and internet requests for product information, schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team, reschedule missed appointments, and more. Responsibilities - Internet Sales, BDC Rep:

• Work on-site to answer internet leads and inbound phone calls for product information with the goal of scheduling appointments for customers to meet with our sales team, and more
• Confirm and reschedule appointments
• Be enthusiastic about the fun and excitement of Harley-Davidson
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Prospect for future riders

• Business Development, Customer Service or Call Center experience preferred
• Good communication and computer skills, outgoing and helpful with a positive personality
• Motivated to meet and exceed goals, eager to improve
