Sales associates are responsible for all operational aspects of our store. The primary responsibility is to develop and use excellent customer service skills to interact with customers and help them fulfill their needs. Applicants must have strong verbal selling skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to adapt to change. Basic qualifications include: must have reliable transportation, must be willing to work through major holidays including evenings and/or weekends, must remain in town during entire holiday selling seasons, must have flexible availability, and must work most Saturdays. In addition, the physical requirements involve the ability to stand for a prolonged period of time, able to regularly bend, squat and reach overhead, and able to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds; i.e., fixture parts and cartons.
