The Senior Vice President of Sales reports director to the Executive Vice President and Chief Agency Officer. The SVP works with the divisional executive leadership team to achieve the goals in recruiting, training, and leadership development, as well as executing the strategic plan goals as they relate to the division. The SVP will work one on one with the Vice Presidents of Individual Market, Worksite Market, and Leadership Development to ensure the execution of the tasks necessary to achieve the goals in those areas of operation.
