As the Client Services Manager - Estate you will lead a team dedicated to executing a client-focused strategy by providing guidance and solutions with a goal of retaining assets and providing transactional and service excellence. This role will work closely with business partners to ensure that alignment with business objectives are met. Additionally, the Estate Manager is responsible for continuously exploring ways to improve quality, productivity, and overall client satisfaction across multiple delivery channels. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing priorities. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage and execute team activities while communicating and reinforcing our corporate vision, company initiatives, department goals and objectives. This should also include information that impacts team members such as schedule changes, learning opportunities, etc. Ensure consistency in communication throughout the team. Coach and develop team members on skills, professional development, and performance management; provide periodic development feedback. Effectively address and document performance issues and address human relations issues in a timely manner. Partner with key business areas to ensure operations and functions are executed accurately, efficiently, and effectively. This includes providing input and guidance on policies and procedures. Stay informed and knowledgeable of emerging industry, regulatory and technology innovation, and changes. Effectively manage the budget and other resources. Plan and organize work and projects effectively. Experience in leading and managing a team or demonstrated leadership experience. Financial services industry experience preferred. Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization. Specific knowledge or experience pertaining to the estate transfer business. Series 6, 63 and 26 or willing to complete within 180 days, up to 1 year if multiple licenses are needed.
