Requirements:

Experience

Compensation:

$120,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations across both locations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of dental services.
  • Implement SOP, protocols, and strategies to enhance operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Manage personnel requirements, including hiring, training, and development of staff.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that upholds our high standards of patient care.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain the highest standards of dental practice.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Must have the willingness to travel between both office locations weekly and possess a vehicle for transportation.
  • Required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing day-to-day operations in a healthcare or dental setting with multiple locations.
  • Proven track record of strong leadership skills in motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities are a must.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focusing on patient-centered care are essential.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field is necessary, while a Master’s degree is advantageous.
