Chick-fil-A of Greer is Hiring a Restaurant Management Near Greer, SC

Chick-fil-A of Greer is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to become a part of our Leadership Team. As a Leader you will work in a professional and fast-paced environment. We offer an opportunity for growth by providing leadership coaching and experience working with the Owner and Operator. 

This is an hourly position with annual earnings based on an average of 45 hours per week. 

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, feedback and coaching to maximize individual and team performance.

2. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect and inclusivity.

3. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve issues and conflicts within the team or with customers.

4. Monitor and maintain exceptional customer service standards, consistently exceeding customer expectations.

5. Oversee shift operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards.

6. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency.

7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a leadership role.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively connect and relate to team members and customers.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

4. Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.

5. Flexible availability, including Saturdays and holidays, as required by the business.
