We’re looking for a Marketing Director to set marketing strategy, oversee our brand visibility, and collaborate with the marketing team to achieve business objectives. This person would be a member of and report to our executive team.

• Craft & create remarkable experiences for our agent-clients through company events
• Build & create value for our agents, staff and executive team
• Develop innovative business and tech solutions for our agents
• Research, understand and anticipate trends and opportunities in marketing and business
• Collaborate with CEO to set long-term strategic objectives for the company
• Lead and direct our relational marketing strategy
• Set and oversee our social, digital, print, brand and direct marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Experience with and understanding of graphic design and website building
• Experience with and understanding of organic social distribution and paid social/Google strategy
• Up-to-date with and understands shifting marketing and social media landscapes
• Experience with and understanding of customer journeys and marketing funnels
• Strong communicator/natural storyteller
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 7 years of experience in Marketing

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. The right candidate must be located in or near Ankeny, Iowa, working primarily from our Ankeny office. Occasional travel to our other offices located throughout the state of Iowa. Salary plus benefits including 401k with match after one year of service, company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance, and company-paid life and long-term disability insurance. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
