We are looking for a store representative who is comfortable with communicating with and dealing with the general public. Must be responsible, friendly, and professional at all times. Our company, CellCashr, purchases cell phones, tablets, and laptops for cash on site in our store. You must have some knowledge on these kind of electronics, and be able to answer questions and explain the device payouts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Evaluate device condition and function
• Run diagnostic tests via our simple to use testing software
• Use our website to navigate payout offers
• Ensure customer is happy with payouts and they understand what they are selling
• Ring up customers with register
• Scanning items into inventory system
• Packing, cleaning, and shipping of devices
• General upkeep and cleaning of store
• Report to manager any issues, and report status updates throughout day

Skills

• Proven work experience with customer service
• Basic understanding of handheld electronics and their function
• High School degree, some college experience required
• Flexibility with schedule
• Basic math skills, ability to count money
• Basic computer skills, ability to scan inventory and use cash POS system
• Ability to perform in fast paced environment
• Prefers and thrives working independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
