At California Dental Group, our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of youth and adults by offering the highest-quality dental care in a private-office atmosphere. This philosophy comes from our CEO Dr. Kamran Sahabi, a leading general and cosmetic dentist in Los Angeles. Currently we operate 10 Offices all around LA, San Bernardino, and Riverside County.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-time Dental Receptionist to work in our North Hollywood Office, located on the border of Burbank. Our candidate must have a friendly and inviting personality, great customer service, and a desire to help our patients. Must have Dental Experience, Dental Knowledge, and the ability to present treatment is helpful.

Schedule:

Part-time and Full-time schedule avalible between Monday - Friday

Pay:

$18-$23 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

The Dental Receptionist will help us with daily office and clerical tasks, ensuring that the office operations run smoothly, are successful in supporting other business activities and add maximum value to the organization.

You should be organized, competent and comfortable dealing with people. We also expect you to possess phenomenal communication skills and be able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. Our new team member should be:

  • Able to manage daily patient Schedule
  • Able to answer incoming phone calls professionally

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in a Dental Office environment (Required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • Ability to utilize Dental Cloud-Based Software (Dentrix)
