Catholic Diocese of Venice is Hiring a Licensed Psychotherapist/Clinician Near Ft Myers, FL

Job Description
Title: Psychotherapist/Clinician
Reports to: Behavioral Health Director or designee
Location: Catholic Charities Diocese of Venice Inc. - Lee Collier County
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Venice, Inc. provides services to people of all races, backgrounds, and beliefs. We offer a variety of housing and social service programs to individuals, families, and communities across ten counties in Southwest Florida. We are currently looking for a full-time Licensed Bilingual Psychotherapist to serve clients in the Lee County area that have been identified as Human Trafficking survivors.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide trauma informed or trauma focused care
  • Provide substance use disorder informed or SUD focused care
  • Willingness to work with individuals, couples, families, and children
  • Timely reporting of client care via an online data management system
  • Ensure timely completion of all documentation as required by funder and/or supervisor
  • Other therapeutic duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications
  • Candidate must hold a valid Florida license in any of the following: Mental Health Counseling/ Marriage and Family Therapy/ Clinical Social Work
  • 3 to 5 years of clinical experience. Those years being post licensure are preferred.
  • Experience in (or high degree of willingness to be clinically supervised while providing) trauma informed care with population that may be struggling with substance use disorders, couples and families, and children
  • Ability to give and receive professional level clinical feedback to grow and strengthen work with our population and with the team
  • Willingness to work outside professional comfort zone, with supervision, with client population(s) that the candidate may not have a deep history of working with prior to hire
