Delivery Driver:

As our CAVACatering Delivery Driver, you will constantly be in motion deliveringmind-blowing meals to our guests. In addition to ensuring the successfulexecution of all catering orders, you will serve as a brand ambassador ensuringthat every interaction with our guests and teammates is one that is friendly,warm and generous.

WhatYou’ll Do:

· Deliverfriendly, prompt and first-in-class customer service

· Successfullyrun all aspects of the Curbside, Take-Away and Delivery activities to maintainproductivity

· Delivermeals in various weather conditions within a designated radius of theRestaurant

· Verifyorder accuracy with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

· Observeand maintain all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures

· Adhereto safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards

· Restockstations and keep them clean and organized

· Abide by policies and procedures thatsupport the service mindset

· Manage timeline expectations within andacross teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly

· Earn the trust of Team Members andManagers by consistently embracing CAVA’s values

· Show discipline in bringing consistentperformance, communication, and attitude to the job every day

The Qualifications:

· Musthave a valid and current Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

· Ability to understand and operate GPStechnology and other relevant applications

· Experience in a customer service,delivery service or Restaurant experience is desired

· Ability to cross train across therestaurant to ensure rapid growth

· 100%Travel Required & may lift up to 50 pounds

Physical Requirements:

· Abilityto maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and otheroffice equipment

· Mustbe able to identify, analyze and assess details

· Forcertain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to50 pounds

· Abilityto communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
