Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and companionship.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and tidying up living spaces
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
