Job Title Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician to manage and maintain multiple properties for a single owner. The ideal candidate will be a versatile individual who possesses a wide range of maintenance skills and is committed to ensuring the properties are kept in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sheetrock Maintenance: Remove, repair, tape, float, and texture Sheetrock with precision.

- Electrical Work: Safely install and uninstall electrical outlets and fixtures.

- Plumbing Tasks: Efficiently install and uninstall sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and associated fixtures.

- Landscaping: Proficient in all aspects of landscaping, including lawn care, planting, pruning, and garden maintenance.

- Painting: Perform interior and exterior painting with attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality finish.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar role.

- Knowledge of building maintenance techniques and repair work.

- Proficiency in using hand and electrical tools.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Technical certifications in electrical, plumbing, or construction are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Location: Multiple properties within the designated area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.12 - $21.83 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
