Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments in an accurate and timely manner to residents in accordance with physician's orders
• Monitor and document effectiveness of treatment and medication
• Provide emergency care to residents when necessary
• Always maintain a courteous and professional appearance
• Follow facility policy and procedures as outlined in Employee Handbook

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license
• Valid CPR Certification
• Ability to pass background & drug screening
• Long Term Care experience preferred
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexibility in work duties and schedule
• Ability to lift and move patients
