Job Title: AWS SUPPORT ENGINEER
Location: Reston, VA

Visa: H1B and EAD
Contract Type: W2
- Production support experience is must.
- Stay updated on AWS services, features, and best practices to provide proactive support and guidance to customers.
- Participate in on-call rotation schedules to provide 24/7 support coverage for critical incidents and escalations.
- Implement best practices for AWS deployment, including but not limited to EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
- Monitor production systems hosted on AWS infrastructure, investigate, and resolve issues promptly to ensure system availability and performance.
