Chapman Ford is looking for a Lot Attendant to join our team! Our Lot Attendants help the Sales Department maximize sales by ensuring vehicles are displayed correctly and ready for test drives, leaving customers with a positive first impression. Come join our team!

Core Responsibilities:

• Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, maintaining dealership display standards
• Clean interior and exterior of vehicles, replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed
• Make key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous lot attendant experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment
The Sales Department is open 8am to 9pm Monday - Friday and 8am to 8pm on Saturdays. We are looking for candidates with open availability during our business hours. This is a full-time onsite position with a 5-day workweek, that requires walking or standing for extended periods, working outdoors and driving vehicles for the majority of the shift.
