**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Spa Manager to oversee our spa operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, team leadership, and customer service. **Duties:** - Manage daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service - Supervise spa staff to ensure high-quality service delivery - Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile daily sales - Conduct interviews, hire and train new spa employees - Implement pricing strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth - Oversee payroll processing and monitor expenses to ensure profitability - Maintain a clean and organized spa environment - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients **Requirements:** - Proven experience in sales management, cash handling, and team management within the spa or hospitality industry - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Proficiency in using cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately - Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and phone etiquette - Ability to manage shifts effectively and ensure smooth spa operations - Familiarity with payroll procedures and basic accounting principles Join our team as a Spa Manager to lead our spa to success through your exceptional management skills!

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
