What You’ll do: 

Do you enjoy multitasking with a passion for problem-solving? We’re seeking a Leader to join our Operations Team to guide the Shipping Department to get our orders to our Partners. Not only will you manage the team, but you’ll manage the shipping process with a focus on accuracy as well as looking for ways to increase efficiency.

On a typical day you will be accountable for: 

Leading, managing, and holding accountable the Shipping Team during our peak season. You will be responsible for scheduling shipment pickups, preparing shipping documents, tracking the status of shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, and resolving shipping-related issues. 

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry 30-50 pounds throughout the workday. 

• Tolerate moderate to high noise level in the warehouse.

• Vision abilities required are color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. 

• Perform steady pace of work while completing repetitive physical movements: stand, kneel, push and pull objects, reaching with hands and arms, etc. 

• Ability to work in non-air-conditioned warehouse during the summer with large fans creating moderate air flow.

Education, Experience & Proficiencies: 

• One year or more of Leadership Experience 

• Order Picking/Inventory/Warehouse experience preferred. 

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. 

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or related field, preferably in a coordination or administrative role. 

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. 

• Proficiency in shipping software and systems, such as FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or similar platforms.
