Position Profile

The part-time associates will work directly with customers, providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Bouncyland safety standards as well as rules.

Qualifications

· Ability to speak in front of large and small groups

· Ability to project and raise voice and be heard in a loud environment

· Ability to develop a relationship with customers and correct behavior as necessary

· Ability to interact with customers questions relative to the offerings of Bouncyland

· Ability to handle and resolve minor customer complaints

Responsibilities

· Pay attention to the bounce rooms by constantly moving and being interactive with the customers

· Advocate customer satisfaction

· Implementing rules as necessary

· Have full knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in implementing them

· Assist with bounce or other areas when necessary

· Perform general maintenance/custodial duties as requested

· Attend mandatory regularly scheduled associate meetings and training sessions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
