The store manager is a professional in the fashion/beauty industry who is responsible for promoting brand engagement and loyalty to customers, Top Clients and VIPs, in order to guarantee store business goals. They represent the company and is a proactive sales professional who guarantees compliance with all procedures set by Headquarters and aimed at managing store staff and ensuring that the store runs efficiently. Compensation:
As required by the California salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position is $80,00-85,000 annually. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
