• Excellent communication skills, warm, friendly and cheerful personality - this is KEY!
• Create Print Ready Artwork for Customers using Adobe Illustrator Photoshop.
• Needs to be proficient in Illustrator / Photoshop. Basic knowledge of Corel.
• Manage and monitor daily retail operations per system procedures
• Maintain a clean and orderly retail environment
• Managing customer transactions including: generating quotations and invoices, generating artwork, printing production, and on-time fulfillment
• Manage customer correspondences such as but not limited to phone, email, and snail mail
• Support production as and when needed
• Shipping and receiving
• Order inventory and maintain minimum required levels
• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly marketing efforts including but not limited to: direct mailings, festival participation, social media networking, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
