We need to hire an Assistant Service Advisor for our busy dealership. Once fully trained we offer a rotation schedule – 3 days off in a row.

Responsibilities - Assistant Service Advisor:

• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work.
• Greet customers and inspect their vehicle.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs.
• Follow status of the customer’s vehicles from service bay entry through completion of work.
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur.
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer.

Qualifications - Assistant Service Advisor:

• 
  6 – 12 months’ experience and/or great Customer service skills. Training is provided.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
