**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Heating and Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in heating and plumbing systems and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of heating and plumbing projects and contribute to the maintenance and repair of heating and plumbing systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Install, repair, and maintain heating and plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings

- Diagnose issues and perform troubleshooting to identify solutions

- Collaborate with clients to determine their heating and plumbing needs and provide appropriate recommendations

- Follow local codes, regulations, and safety standards in all work performed

- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used

- Must work well in a team enviroment

**Skills:**

- Preferred experience in oil fired heating systems (boilers, furnaces and water heaters)

- Preferred experience in water treatment and waste water systems

- Previous experience as a service technician in the heating and plumbing industry

- Ability to design plumbing layouts for new construction or renovations

- Familiarity with reading schematics for heating and plumbing installations

- Preferred experience with electrical systems

- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing various heating and plumbing components

- Pay based on experience
