We are looking for a Commercial and Residential Installer that is looking to work and succeed in a challenging and rewarding environment with a rapidly growing company. This individual will be responsible for installing, leading team members, start-up, and customer satisfaction on replacement projects. · 4 years of commercial/residential HVAC install experience

· Possess the desire to learn, grow, and always be a team player

· Self-driven, motivated, & Customer Service focused

· To provide training capabilities to other technicians/apprentice

· HVAC technical school is preferred

· Experience with almost all types of commercial and residential heating and cooling equipment

· Strong attention to detail is required

· Must have a Clean Driving record and Pass a Criminal Background Check

· EPA Refrigerant Certification

· Meet all physical demands of the position
