Position Responsibilities - Candidate hired in this position will be asked to perform the following duties:
· Explain and promote bank products and financial services
· Open accounts obtaining proper identification and documentation in accordance with USA Patriot Act.
· Assist with custoquiries, research, wire transfers, stop payments, and problem resolution
· Monitor daily overdrafts. Perform account maintenance (i.e. renewal of certificate of deposits).
· Open, balance, and close the branch in accordance with established Bank procedures.
· Assist tellers in reconciling errors (i.e. cash balancing, processing transactions)
· Schedule, direct, coordinate, and evaluate employees on the teller line.
· Conduct audits and provide training to employees as necessary or required by State and Federal law.
· Assist Branch Manager in all aspects of Branch operation.
· Follow all BSA/AML Policies and Procedures
· Provide Bank of New Englandstandard of quality customer service.
· Other duties as required by Branch Manager.

- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage store operations
- Ability to sell products and promote sales growth
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of employees
- Familiarity with employee orientation processes
