A Day in the Life of an ERT Officer.......
ERT Officers are assigned individually or as a team to various armed and unarmed details
including Guard Services, Asset Protection, Firewatch, Event Security, Close Protection, and
Workplace Violence Prevention.

Most often ERT Officers will begin their day at ARDENT's South Florida office by checking in
with their leadership team, receiving a vehicle for the day, and conducting a thorough inspection.
From there they’ll either respond to a previously scheduled detail, assist at an ongoing site,
return home and remain on-call, or participate in team training.

Salary Range:
● Base Salary: $40,000 per year
● Max Salary: $65,000 per year (Year 1)

Responsibilities

● Executing a variety of armed and unarmed security duties.

● Being enroute within 45 minutes of being assigned.

● Monitoring communications channels, chats, and situations as assigned.

● Maintaining a level of physical readiness necessary for responding to stressful or physical encounters.

● Engaging in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in security practices.

● Managing and utilizing company vehicles for rapid response to new assignments or incidents.

● Being the first Officer assigned to new accounts

Requirements

● A collaborative team member with experience in a variety of security services.
● Demonstrates maturity, professionalism, and a passion for the security profession.
● Meets physical fitness standards necessary for security tasks.
● Possess excellent communication skills and high ethical standards.
● Required: Minimum 3 years experience in security, military, or law enforcement.
● Required: Active D & G licenses.
● Required: Pass a comprehensive background check and physical readiness test.
● Required: Clean driving record.
● Required: Ability to attend and pass a 7-Day Basic ERT Officer Training Course
(In-house).

Available Schedules:

1. Position 1
a. Days: Monday - Friday
b. On-Call: 10am - 10pm
c. Off: Saturdays & Sundays

2. Position 2
a. Days: Wednesday - Sunday
b. On-Call: 10am - 10pm
c. Off: Mondays & Tuesdays

3. Position 3
a. Days: Tuesday - Saturday
b. On-Call: 12pm - 12am
c. Off: Sundays & Mondays

4. Position 4
a. Days: Thursday - Monday
b. On-Call: 12pm - 12am
c. Off: Tuesdays & Wednesdays
