Aqua Journey Swim School specializes in teaching children to safely and independently swim and float. We also offer stroke lessons for swimmers looking to enhance their technique and improve their performance in the water. We are currently looking to hire a warm-hearted person who loves an active workplace. The ideal candidate has personal experience swimming competitively or has knowledge of the four swimming strokes. **This is a part-time position. Must be available between the hours of 3:00pm-7:00pm.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• People/Communication Skills - Instructors must be comfortable talking and interacting with children and parents.
• Experience working with or around children/families.
• Experience teaching, coaching, swimming, lifeguards, etc. is a major plus!
• Great attitude - Instructors must have a willingness and ability to follow training guides and teaching styles, and ability to conduct swim instruction based on the Aqua Journeys Curriculum.
• Availability- Must be available between the hours of 3pm-7pm. Please note: we are seasonal and additional hours will be available during the summer season. We are open Mondays-Fridays.
