State Farm Agency is seeking applicants that are willing to build their career to become an Agent with State Farm Insurance Companies. The Agent Aspirant Program is for those that aspire to own a business and encourage a team to assist clients with insurance risk management and financial planning and life insurance.
This eighteen-month salaried position helps you develop your skillsets and knowledge to start an agency to help clients each and every day. The income is generous, and you will learn the techniques we use to best protect our customers as well as help them achieve their goals and aspirations with State Farm Insurance and its affiliated partners, such as Rocket Mortgage, U.S. Bank, Light Stream and more. The agent aspirant program provides opportunities to:

• Better understand the realities of doing business as a State Farm agent
• Exposure to the career of a State Farm agent to learn how an agent's office operates
• Mentorship/Development experience (one-on-one with an engaged agent)
• Develop the skills and competencies that may make candidates more competitive for the Agency Opportunity

Applicants will begin their journey as a Property and Causality Bank and Life and Health Specialist and could transfer to greater opportunity within two years. This role will focus with the everyday home and car insurance policies with also focus and a deep understanding of banking products and life insurance. Applicants selected will be paired with the Agent and Sales Lead for guidance and the education to provide solutions for our clients.
