Job Overview:
We are looking for a manager who is a servant leader that values and prioritizes team relationships and growing and developing others! In this role, you will be partnering with our Managing Veterinarian to guide and lead the team and the business. Strong financial acumen will be important as this role will be accountable for the financial health of the clinic. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the hospital staff, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff
- Ensure efficient workflow and productivity within the hospital
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards of care
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Oversee client communication and ensure excellent customer service
- Handle client complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide optimal patient care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the hospital environment
